Wealth and Estate Legal Architecture

Hinojosa Abogados Asociados has designed corporate, fiduciary and patrimonial structures from Monterrey since 2005, for entrepreneurs and business families in northern Mexico.

01 · What we do

Four practice areas.
One depth of criterion.

01
Trusts and succession

Family and guarantee trusts, succession planning and family protocols under Mexican law, designed so that the founder decision survives the founder.

More in estate planning in Monterrey.

02
Corporate structuring

Holding companies, shareholder agreements, capital increases, mergers and spin offs, with the exit rules written before anyone needs them.

03
Real estate and development

Land contributions, development trusts, joint ventures and co investment structures, with the registry position verified before signing.

04
Compliance and data protection

Anti money laundering, beneficial ownership identification and personal data protection under the new federal statute. The firm is itself a regulated obligor, so these duties get designed from the inside rather than outsourced.

02 · How we work

Speed belongs to the machine. The signature belongs to a lawyer with a name.

The firm runs a legal operating system built around artificial intelligence. The whole documentary universe of a matter gets read before drafting. Every instrument goes through an adversarial reading, where one agent looks at it the way opposing counsel would and marks each element as verified, inferred or uncertain.

Legal judgment, the signature and professional responsibility belong to Oscar Hinojosa, with his professional license behind them. The machine produces and verifies. Then a lawyer reviews and answers with his name.

03 · The limits, said plainly

When something cannot be verified, the system says so and stops.

A tax position is sized and never delivered as final: it goes to whichever specialist the matter calls for. What requires a notary or a public broker is done with one. Files live isolated, one client per session, and one client information never enters another client work.
